How to use the luffa pouch
As a bath sponge: place a bar of soap inside the pouch, wet the sponge and rub gently over the body.
As an exfoliator: rub over dry skin with circular movements, working towards the heart.
After each use, rinse well, squeeze out and leave to dry in a well-ventilated place. It has a cord so you can hang it up to help it dry.
To disinfect the sponge, you can boil it for 3 minutes from time to time, or put it in the microwave for 10 to 20 seconds.
