Matarrania's Elbow and Heel Repair Balm is a 100% natural balm designed to care for areas prone to extreme dryness, hard skin or cracks. Its rich texture melts into the skin during massage, providing intense nourishment and supporting skin renewal.

How to use

Apply a small amount to clean skin with a gentle massage until absorbed. Use once a day or as needed.

For very dry feet or heels prone to cracking, we recommend:

• After showering, use a pumice stone to remove dead skin.
• Apply the balm twice a day for a week.

• Rosemary: extract with a toning action. Supports skin renewal.
• Thyme: astringent. Helps to keep the skin protected.
• Plantain: emollient. Traditionally used to soothe and repair rough or cracked skin.
• Lavender essential oil: soothing, relaxing and skin-renewing. It also adds a soft, comforting natural scent.

As a natural cosmetic without preservatives, it is important to take a few simple precautions: avoid high temperatures (there is no need to keep it in the fridge, but avoid leaving it in the car in summer, for example), prevent oxidation by closing the jar tightly after each use, and avoid moisture by making sure no water gets into the jar.
