To use them, simply:
-Place one tablet in your mouth. It will start to dissolve with saliva.
-Brush your teeth as usual, as you would with a conventional toothpaste, for about 2-3 minutes. You will see that it foams and leaves a pleasant feeling of freshness.
-Rinse quickly with water.
